gauissian 计算得到的两个dipole

gaussian做完单点能计算后会得到偶极矩,会有两个:
靠前输出的为标准朝向下的偶极矩,单位为Deybe。(field-independent是指外场为0时的偶极矩,即永久偶极矩)

 Dipole moment (field-independent basis, Debye):
    X=            195.7339    Y=            131.9435    Z=            -10.6896  Tot=            236.2946
 Quadrupole moment (field-independent basis, Debye-Ang):
   XX=           -855.6526   YY=           -448.3693   ZZ=           -521.4942

靠后输出的为初始朝向下的偶极矩(a.u.)

片段偶极矩的计算

如果是指某个分子片段,用Multiwfn算ADCH电荷,然后用电荷值和原子坐标自行算这个片段的偶极矩。
